I have always been interested in sculpting and pottery. During my stay in Copenhagen, I got the opportunity to learn under the guidance of a teacher. I chose the traditional wheel throwing method over slab building, as I like the feeling of clay between my fingers. This was a complicated process, and it took me around thirty hours of practice to get comfortable enough to make my first collection, ‘ Colours of Copenhagen’. Blue Japanese glaze is used to depict the water canals in Copenhagen, along with accents of yellow representing the sunshine
